Firefighters' Tot Finder stickers change with times (The Herald News)
Several local fire departments are bringing back Tot Finder stickers. Starting about 30 years ago, the original Tot Finder and Operation Red Ball decals were placed on windows to alert firefighters that children might be inside a particular room. The potentially-lifesaving decals have recently undergone a redesign.
